Beta Access Agreement
1. Eligibility and scope
Access to beta, preview, or pilot features of the AppForge Platform (“Beta Features”) is offered at AppForge’s sole discretion to approved organizations and named users. Beta access may be withdrawn at any time.
2. “As is” and no SLA
Beta Features are provided “as is” without warranty and without service-level commitments. Beta Features may contain bugs, change substantially, or be discontinued. You should not use Beta Features for production workloads without independent validation.
3. Confidentiality
Beta Features, their design, user interface, internal architecture, and any evaluation results are AppForge’s confidential information. You will not disclose, publish, screenshot, benchmark, or discuss Beta Features with any third party (including press) without AppForge’s prior written consent.
4. Feedback
You agree to provide reasonable feedback about your use of Beta Features. You assign to AppForge all right, title, and interest in and to your feedback, and waive any claims to ownership, royalties, or compensation related to AppForge’s use of that feedback.
5. Data and compartmentalization
You acknowledge that AppForge enforces tenant compartmentalization by design. You agree not to probe, attempt to bypass, or test these controls outside coordinated disclosure channels. AppForge may use anonymized telemetry from Beta Features to improve quality, safety, and security.
6. AI/automation caveats
Where Beta Features include AI or automation, outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your context. You are responsible for review and approval of consequential outputs before relying on them.
7. Termination
AppForge may terminate Beta access at any time for any reason. On termination, you must cease using the Beta Features and destroy any associated confidential materials.
8. Limitation of liability
In addition to the limits in the Terms of Service, AppForge has no liability arising from your use of Beta Features beyond USD 100 or the amount you paid for those Beta Features in the prior 3 months, whichever is greater.
